Hi-Res Pt Empoleon

Pixel overs of the official sprites. I try to mimic the techniques portrayed in the official sprites, that way it basically looks more like an enlarged, higher-resolution version of the official sprite. Hence why I'm using the term "hi-res."

Mere pixel overs, but I enjoy making these for some reason.

I have a lot of these because I started a request thread on Global Trade Station Forums a while back ago for quite some time.
